Russian airport express operator, Aeroexpress plans to build a railway terminal at Moscow Domodedovo Airport, Russia's largest airport.
The financing for the project could be provided either by the Russian National Wealth Fund or by Aeroexpress attracted loans, informs Prime Agency. In December last year, Alexei Sorokin, CEO of Aeroexpress, stated that the construction of the railway terminal is planned to be launched in early 2015 and the new facility will be operational in 2017.
The rail terminal will be adjacent to the current railway station and will be connected to the airport by an underground passage.
