Belgrade-Budapest railway construction works planned to complete by June 2017

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Chinese Minister of Commerce Gao Hucheng have discussed the construction of the high-speed railway Belgrade-Budapest and the solutions available for financing this project, in the framework of the 3rd Summit of China and 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
The officials highlighted the need for a feasibility study to be completed by June 2015, so that the construction works could be completed by June 2017.
The project for building a high-speed between Belgrade and Budapest (200 km/hour) was initiated during the visit of Prime Minister Vucic to China in September this year.
