Sofia has opened a tender for design of a new tram line with an estimated value of BGN 484,000 (EUR 247,500 ), a notice published on the website of the Public Procurement Agency indicated.

The project for construction of a new tram line, connecting Sofia’s Druzhba and Mladost areas, should be completed within five months, the notice posted last week showed.

The contract includes also drafting of technical investment projects for reconstruction of two other tram lines in Sofia.

Bids should be sent by December 22.
