Newag delivers first IMPULS trains to Mazowieckie Railways

Mazowieckie Railways has put into operation on Warszawa –Skierniewice route the first Impuls trains delivered by Newag.
The 45WE EMUs have a seating capacity of 206 and standing capacity of 325. The vehicles are equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi access, power sockets, a passenger information system and intercom.
Mazowieckie Railways placed a EUR 62 million order for 12 EMU's in November 2014.
In November this year, all the EMUs manufactured by NEWAG will join the fleet of Mazowieckie Railways.
Currently, the Polish regional rail passenger operator has a fleet of 285 rolling stock units, of which 84 are new. The company also ranks second in terms of the number of passengers transported, with a market share of 23%.
