World Bank seeks consultants for Azerbaijan Railways’ asset management system implementation

The Republic of Azerbaijan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Rail Trade and Transport Facilitation Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for Establishment of the Asset Management System for Azerbaijan Railways (ADY).

The consulting services include two primary activities:
- Phase 1: Due diligence report, Inception, initial review and recommendations (30-60 days);

- Phase 2: Preparation of asset management plan and institutional recommendations for ADY to follow up with its implementation (360 days). For the purposes of the task assets include: long term tangible and intangible assets (this can include licenses, patents, copyrights, etc), and short-term inventory (core and non-core, operational spare parts, raw materials).

Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail) by July 10, 2015.
